线上线下混合式教学模式在“药物分析”教学中的应用探索

线上线下混合式教学是传统教学和信息化教学相结合的一种新型教学模式,它克服了传统教学“满堂灌”的现象,能够调动学生学习的积极性、主动性和创造性,受到教育工作者的广泛关注。本文从线上线下混合式教学的设计与组织、教学过程的质量监控、教学评价体系的构建和教学反思四个方面探索了线上线下混合式教学模式在“药物分析”教学中的应用与实践,为高职院校线上线下混合式教学的应用提供思路。  相似文献   

功能性动作筛查的研究进展述评

对功能性动作筛查(FMS)的国内外研究进行梳理,理清其发展脉络与研究动态。可以认为:在FMS的有效性、一致性、准确性等方面研究成果较多,但有关各类人群损伤风险临界值的确定、评分标准及与个体运动能力的相关性等研究领域仍处于停滞状态。除部分专业运动员之外,不同职业或年龄人群的评估研究数量仍偏少,而且评价缺乏相应的标准。结论:需要明确不同人群的FMS评价标准,进一步检验其损伤风险评估的临界值,重视不同人群的评价得分与训练反馈信息,为完善与推广FMS提供理论参考。  相似文献   

Uncharted territory and extraordinary times: the SENCo's experiences of leading special education during a pandemic in England

This research focuses on the impact of the context of Covid-19 on the role of the SENCo in English schools. The SENCo's role is a contested field; however, the current Special Educational Needs Code of Practice identifies 11 key areas of SENCos' work. A widely distributed survey was used to access the voice of SENCos across the country, and received 26 responses. Data were analysed using a realistic evaluation framework to identify the impact of Covid-19 on the work of the SENCo. The research indicated that practice in this context had changed in some key areas, and also identified three new aspects of the SENCo role. These point to the need to revise policy and guidance relating to the SENCo being part of the senior leadership team, providing emotional support for adults, and engaging in practical pedagogical activities.  相似文献   

Early career mathematics teachers: Concepts,methods, and strategies for comparative international research

In this article, we report on the challenges entailed in the development of concepts, methods, and strategies for designing and implementing a cross-national research study of the first-years of school-mathematics teaching, including an exploration of how beginning mathematics teachers differ in their preparation, knowledge for teaching, teaching practice, working conditions, and pupil characteristics. The study was designed as a proof-of-concept for a study of teaching and teacher education to be implemented by educationalists, teacher educators, and early career teachers as an ongoing professional endeavor. [目的/意义]从用户动机视角对Altmetrics指标的本质和价值进行分析,使Altmetrics的应用更为科学合理。[研究设计/方法]首先对相关文献中的动机进行组织提炼与规范化表述。在此基础上引入用户行为理论解释和分析用户动机体现的指标价值。再选取Twitter提及量指标,使用内容分析法进行案例研究。[结论/发现]提炼出19种用户动机,其中有6种动机会降低指标应用价值。[创新/价值]探索Altmetrics数据的产生机制,在一定程度上回答了Altmetrics指标可用性问题。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Libraries use surveys and other instruments to gather feedback from their users. However, with competition from many other campus entities requesting input, how can survey fatigue be avoided? To gather this feedback, the Social Sciences Reference Desk utilized a short, fun and easy method. Each week for 10 weeks during the fall semester of 2017, the reference assistants wrote a survey question on a whiteboard and provided sticky notes for patrons to write their answers. The survey provided valuable information about patrons’ needs and expectations. It also fostered changes that were easily implemented to improve the delivery of library services.  相似文献   

上海国际航运中心建设支持政策的量化评价

为增强上海国际航运中心建设支持政策的有效性,基于2009—2018年间国家及地方政府层面颁布的19个涉及上海国际航运中心建设的政策文本,应用文本挖掘方式提取评价指标,构建PMC指数模型对政策进行量化评价。分别选取3项针对性政策和3项辅助性政策作为评价对象进行实证分析,结果表明:针对性政策的PMC指数总得分高于辅助性政策的PMC指数总得分,且随着上海国际航运中心建设的不断推进,其引导作用不断加强;辅助性政策虽然只考虑到上海国际航运中心的部分建设需求,但在保障激励等方面给予了高度重视。  相似文献

为建立绿色港口，实现港口的节能环保，对港口综合能源系统(port integrated energy system，PIES)的评价方法进行研究，提出一种主客观信息融合的PIES评价指标体系，将主观评价与数理统计模型进行结合，兼顾评价过程中的主客观因素，并采用基于马氏距离的统计检验方法对评分矩阵进行修正，实现对PIES的全面评价。通过青岛港董家口港区的调研数据，验证该方法的有效性。  相似文献   

核心素养时代高中美术鉴赏的"教"与"学"

2013年教育部开始着手制定《中国学生发展核心素养》,由此启动普通高中美术课程标准的修订,这也标志中国的教育已经进入了核心素养时代。美术鉴赏是高中美术课程中重要的内容,但实际教学效果却不尽人意。教与学是一方主导、一方被动的分离状态,表现为教师为教而教,学生为知识而学习。学生无暇顾及与高考无关的课程,往往浅表性、单向度地接受碎片化知识的输入,因而不能有效地对情境中的图像进行识读和判断。核心素养下的高中美术鉴赏需要唤醒教与学双方主体的课程意识,同时也对教师的专业素质提出了更高的要求。创新教学过程和学生的学习方法是实现学生核心素养形成的必经桥梁,是值得专家学者和广大一线教师不断地去探究、发掘的重要环节。  相似文献
